Repair or complete maintenance of your Netzsch Nemo NM 021 SY 4 progressive cavity pumps / mono pumps
In the case of a repair, the first thing that matters is a quick diagnosis. Some things you can do, others our trained staff will be happy to check with you. Is there any unusual noise? Is the pump warmer than usual in the area of the stator? Is there any loss of performance or leaks? We recommend suitable measures for this and provide the necessary spare parts and tools. We repair a pump on your premises or in our workshops.
For complete maintenance, the first thing we do is dismantle your pump into its individual parts. We then clean and examine the individual components. Defective or worn parts will be replaced or repaired by us. In most cases, we mainly replace common wear parts such as stator, rotor, joints and gaskets. If necessary – or at your request – also drive shaft and cardan shaft. Finally, we assemble and test the pump according to our strict maintenance guidelines.
If you like, we can finish off your pump with a new paint job in our workshops. It makes it look like new again! We recommend a new paint job also for preservation and to be able to quickly detect any defects and soiling that may occur.
After that, the pump has good performance again and a long service life. Almost comparable to that of a new pump!
