Replacement pump for Bornemann EL 236

Replaces a Bornemann EL 236 progressing cavity pump / mono pump. It has identical connection dimensions and can be installed directly as a replacement pump. Our pumps are made in Germany and are characterised by a high degree of robustness and a long service life. Of course, you can also keep our Fludyn BEL-236 in stock as a spare pump and use it immediately when a pump fails.

Weight: without motor approx. 25 kg (55 lbs.)

Options

Available with matching motor (as a ‘unit’), without motor (‘bareshaft’) or fully assembled on a base plate. - It is almost always the case that our customers order this type of pump with a matching motor. The 'as a unit' option is therefore preset. Does your old pump still have a motor in good working order? Then take our pump in the ‘bareshaft’ version. In most cases it can be used directly with your motor without any adjustments.

Our service, your advantage

Tell us in which area you would like to use your new pump. Typical questions include:

  • What medium do you want to pump?
  • Under what environmental conditions will the pump be used?
  • Is it in permanent use or is it only switched on periodically?
  • Are foodstuffs transferred?

If this causes your pump to deviate from the standard, we will recommend which materials should be used in your pump and provide you with a customised quotation. We are also happy to supply your replacement pumps ready mounted with motor, on a base plate or with TSE drillings and measuring probes.
