Soft pack for Bornemann E2H 236 progressive cavity pumps / mono pumps
Soft packings are contact seals for dynamic sealing of the pump shafts. They allow for low leakage: the penetrating medium here acts as lubrication for the sealing point to prevent excessive heating due to friction.
Our tip: Soft packs wear out over time and should be checked regularly and, if necessary, replaced.
